1 kg tenderized steak
1 tablespoon red chilli garlic paste
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon black pepper spice
1 1/2 teaspoon coarse red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Juice from half lemon
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup fresh cream
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
Fried chips season with salt and red chillies after its fried
Cut steak into 4cm squares.
Mix all ingredients together except the butter and marinate the steak for one hour.
Place the steak in a pot, add butter and cook until steak is tender.
Add fresh cream to the cooked steak.
Place the fried chips in an oven- proof casserole dish, top with cooked steak, drizzle a little tomato sauce, sprinkle the jalapenos and sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
Bake in a pre-heated oven of 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
