Bread( you can use any type, I have used multigrain)

Chicken Filling:

  • 1cup Chicken mince( u can use as you like)

  • 1capsicum diced

  • 2medium onions chopped

  • 3small tomatoes chopped

  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1tsp chilli powder

  • 1tsp dhaniya powder

  • 1tsp blackpepper powder

  • 1tbsp tomatoe ketchup

  • 1tsp chilli sauce

  • Salt to taste 2tbsp oil

Bachmel sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 cup milk( adjust accordingly)

  • 1cup cheese( for you choice)

  • Salt to taste

  • 1tsp blackpepper powder


  1. First lets make the Chicken mince,

  2. Heat oil in a pan add the chopped onions , sautee till it is translucent and slightly brown.

  3. Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes, add the chopped tomatoes and mix well.

  4. Add all the spices and sauces mentioned above and mix well add 2 tbsp water if needed.

  5. Now add the capsicum and sautee for a minute. Then add the chicken mince and mix properly, sautee for 2 minutes, Cover and cook for 5-8 min on slow flame.

  6. Now let's make the bechamel sauce:

  7. Heat a pan add butter and all purpose flour and stir till it mixes well.

  8. Now pour the milk and keep stirring/ whisking to avoid lumps.

  9. Add cheese and stir till it melts , then add salt and black pepper powder.

Lasagna assembling:

  1. Take a oven dish apply the bechamel sauce on the bottom. Put the first layer of breads( remove the side(optional) and flatten the bread).

  2. Again put a little bachmel sauce and then the Chicken mince spread uniformly.

  3. Then apply bechamel sauce layer and little cheese (I have used Mozzarella),

  4. Repeat the same process for one more time.

  5. For the top layer put extra bechamel sauce covering everything thing, sprinkle little more cheese on the top.

  6. Preheat the heat the oven at 250°c and bake for 15-20 minutes. Do try and send you snaps. See the process in Stories/highlights.
