Super delicious, tender to the bone, fall apart moist, juicy Chicken Chargha, with a crisp exterior! Served with roasted potatoes and a nice salad, spicy green chutney and a sweet, tangy mango pineapple chutney! What a feast!

I used my spicy steam roast chicken recipe but the only difference was that I skipped the last 10 minutes of steam cooking and deep fried it 👌🏻 and sprinkled with some chaat masala (optional) before serving for an extra kick!

Tip: don’t throw away all the wonderful and spicy juices in the pot which you steam the chicken in, use it to make rice or add to lentils, or vegetable dishes for an extremely delicious flavor 👌🏻👌🏻
