1 kilo Chicken
1 cup Yoghurt
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tsp Pepper powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp green chili paste
2 tbsp crushed coriander leaves
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 large onion
1 string curry leaves
3 tbsp cooking cream
Marinade the chicken with all the ingredients listed untill chaat masala, for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds, curry Leaves.
Add chopped onion and brown them, not crispy but till it gets caramelized.
Add the marinated chicken and fry on medium heat for 5 mins and then cover and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
Once the chicken is tender, add the cooking cream and cook for another 3 mins.
Do not add water.
