Chicken Strogonoff Fettuccine Pasta

For Grilling Chicken

  • Slice 2 piece of chicken breast as per desired size

  • Marinate it with salt & pepper

  • Take a grill pan add 2tsp olive oil grill chicken until cooked.

For Strogonoff Sauce:

  • 4 tsp Butter

  • 6 - 7 pods chopped garlic

  • 1 medium size white onion chopped

  • 6 - 7 brown mushrooms sliced

  • 250 ml Cooking cream

  • 1 cup Chicken stock / 1 chicken maggi cube.

  • Salt Pepper for taste.


  1. Take butter in a wok , add onions & garlic n let it saute till it becomes soft .

  2. Add mushrooms n cook until its soft

  3. Add chicken stock n let it boil for a minute

  4. Add cooking cream salt & pepper

  5. Let it cook until it turn into brownish colour or until thickens

Now add grilled chicken & cook for a minute

Fettuccine Pasta:

  • Boil Fettuccine pasta in water as per given instruction on packet.

Serving Style:

  • Put boiled pasta in a Plate & Pour Strogonoff Chicken Sauce on it.

  • Sprinkle generous amount of parmesan cheese on top. Add chives for decoration.
