SWEET COCONUT CREAMY TRUFFLES CLOAKED IN A SILKY LINDT MILK CHOCOLATE SHELL.
1cup cup unsweetened shredded coconut 1/3cup sweetened condensed milk.
1/2cup lindth dark milk chocolate piece Melted
3tbsp Heavy whipping cream
1tbsp unsalted butter
Mix together the condensed mik, & coconut.
With wet hands (little water will avoid getting letting batter stick to your hands) Roll into balls of a similar size, and place on a tray lined with grease-proof paper.
Leave in the freezer for an hour to harden.
Meanwhile, In bowl of lindt milk chocolate add butter and heavy whipping cream, Melt the chocolate bowl in microwave for 30 seconds and mix it well with a fork.
After an hour once the coconut truffles are hardened, dip each ball in nicely and gently to avoid them from breaking.
Place the dipped truffles back with the help of fork on the tray and sprinkle with the choice of your topping like nuts, toasted coconut,melted white chocolate, melted caramel sauce, melted biscoff,edible rose petal.
Since there is no cooking or baking required required in this you can easily play around with it with different toppings.
