900g chicken wings
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tbsp green chili (as per taste)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
Red color (optional)
𝙎𝙏𝙀𝙋𝙎 : Cut off the tip part and separate the drumette and wingette. You can remove or leave the skin as preferred. Wash and pat dry. Marinate with all the ingredients except egg and cornflour. Leave for minimum 4-6 hours or best if left overnight. Before frying, add the egg and cornflour. And deep fry until crispy.
