Croissant Chicken Sandwich

  • 1 lb Chicken breast fillets

  • 1 lemon

  • 1/2 tsp Crushed black pepper

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika powder

  • Cornflakes crushed as required

  • Flour as required

  • Eggs as required

To serve Croissants Mayonnaise Toppings of your choice.


  1. Marinate the chicken fillets in lemon juice salt pepper and paprika for half an hour.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

  3. First coat the chicken in flour, then coat with eggs and lastly with cornflakes and shallow fry till golden brown.

  4. Slice & Toast the Croissants spread some mayonnaise and desired sauces, along with your favorite toppings and then top with chicken pieces and serve.
