1 lb Chicken breast fillets
1/2 tsp Crushed black pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika powder
Cornflakes crushed as required
Flour as required
Eggs as required
To serve Croissants Mayonnaise Toppings of your choice.
Marinate the chicken fillets in lemon juice salt pepper and paprika for half an hour.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
First coat the chicken in flour, then coat with eggs and lastly with cornflakes and shallow fry till golden brown.
Slice & Toast the Croissants spread some mayonnaise and desired sauces, along with your favorite toppings and then top with chicken pieces and serve.
