250 grms mutton Kheema
2 medium Onions finely chopped
2 Green chilly Finley chopped
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Cumin
Salt as per taste
Mix all ingredients in Kheema
Make round kababs.
Take a pan, Add 1 tsp butter put kababs into it.
Cover and Let it cook till all moisture comes out.
Once water is released, you can flip kababs carefully.
Now, let it cook until water is evaporated on slow flame.
Your instant pan kabab is ready to serve.
