Khopra Paak/Nariyal Paak is a traditional Dawoodi Bohra Sweet dish prepared from just 3 main ingredients. It is extremely easy & quick to make and tastes extremely delicious. It is a must try for all those having a sweet tooth!!

½ kg Sugar
1 kg Mawa/Khoya
400 gms Dessicated Coconut
100 gms Sooji
5 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Elaichi Powder
Dry fruits for Garnish
1- Roast Sooji & keep aside.
2- In a pan add sugar & 1/2 cup water. Cook on low flame & let the sugar melt completely.
3- Add Elaichi powder.
4- Add Mawa/Khoya. Let the mawa dissolve completely. Break all the lumps.
5- Add 5 tbsp Ghee. Take it off the flame.
6- Now add the Dessicated Coconut & roasted Sooji. Add gradually while mixing it well.
7- Take a thaal/ big tray & grease with ghee.
8- Pour in the mixture & spread it out evenly.
9- Garnish with Dry fruits & let it set for 5-6 hrs or overnight.
10- Cut out the pieces & serve!!
