2 Frozen Banana
1 Frozen Mango chunks
Honey to taste
Almond milk as needed
1. Blend in fruits, honey and Almond milk (start with a little milk you can always add more but the goal for smoothie bowl is to achieve a thick cream consistency) into a smooth paste.
2. You might consider adding more sweetener at this time if you wish.
3. Blend everything into a thick consistency.
4. Pour into your favorite bowl
5. Top it up with any fruits or nuts you wish. Summon the artist inside you and create a master piece on the smoothie backdrop.
