3 Garlic cloves crushed: minced
Ginger: one small piece minced
2lbs Chicken breast chopped in small/medium pieces
2tsp Roasted crushed Cumin powder
2tsp coriander powder
Salt as needed
1tsp Red crush pepper
1Tbsp chopped and crushed green peppers (jalapeño and Serrano peppers)
Onion: 2 (thin sliced)
Cinnamon stick: 1
Star anise: 2
Dry red peppers: 2 to 3
2tbsp shredded cheese (optional)
Half fresh squeezed lemon juice
1cup Heavy whipping cream
In a woke add oil once it’s hot add onions and fry till translucent, than add chicken sear it for couple of minutes on low/medium heat with onions and add minced ginger garlic, crushed green peppers, salt, cumin, coriander powder, red crush peppers, dry red chillies whole, cloves, star anise, cinnamon stick, lemon juice, butter & mix it all well.
Add a very small amount of water, Cover it & let it cook on low heat.
Once chicken is cooked & water is almost dried up ,add cheese and cream,stir it nicely cover it again for a few mints.
In a frying pan melt butter, add sliced jalapeños, julienned cut ginger and pour it on top of
Serve with Hot naan or bread (roti) of your choice.
