Betel leaves 6
Ghulkand 1 1/2 tbsp
Saunf _ 1 tsp
Cardmom powder _ 1/2 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
Green color 1 or 2 drops (optional)
Blend betel leaves saunf and cardmom powder togeter in to a fine paste with lil water.
Transfer it in to a jar add ghulkand, sugar and milk in to it, stir well.add scoopes of ice cream, green color and mix well.
Add some ice cubes if needed.
Serve in shot glasses
