Pahadi Chicken Kebab

Food Recipe by Home-Chef 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐧'𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠

Ingredients:

  • Chicken - 1.2 Kg

  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp

  • Garam masala - 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder - 1 tbsp

  • Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp

  • Kasoori methi - 1½ tbsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon juice - 2½ tsp

  • Malai - 2 tbsp (optional)

  • Curd - 1 cup

  • Green food color

  • Butter / Oil for shallow frying.


Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with the above ingredients except curd mix well n marinate for 15 mins.

  2. Then add curd n green food color in it n again marinate for 30 mins.

  3. After 30 mins shallow fry the chicken n serve hot.🔥
