1 lb. Boneless Chicken
2 tbsp. Oil
10 oz. Spinach
1 medium Onion
¾ Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tbsp. Sour Cream
6-7 Green Chilies(Grounded)
2 tbsp. National Chicken Hara Masala
Salt to taste
Saute the chicken cubes in oil with spices and ginger garlic paste until the chicken is almost cooked.
In the same oil, fry onions with ginger garlic paste, national chicken hara masala and sour cream.
Once the mix leaves oil, add chopped spinach and grounded green chillies and cook for 5 mins.
Once it cools down a bit, coarsely grind it and add chicken to it along with some water.
Cook until the gravy thickens.
Serve Hot and Enjoy!
