Food Recipe by Home-Chef Zurayda
1 can creamstyle sweetcorn
2 medium sized onions
4 medium sized potatoes
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
250ml fresh cream
Salt to taste
Grinded black pepper
Grinded green chillie to taste
Chopped fresh coriander
Peel and cube the potatoes and boil untill done and drain.
Melt the butter in a large pan
Braise the onions until soft
Add in the garlic and braise until the raw smell is gone.
Add in the grinded green chilies
Salt and black pepper
Add in the sweetcorn and the cubed boiled potatoes.
Braise a little add in the fresh cream.
Pour the mixture into a oven proof dish
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle the chopped fresh coriander
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees
Until light brown.
Best eaten when its hot.
Serve as a side dish with Grilled or Roasted Meat or Chicken .
