Ingredient :

  • 1 litre full fat milk

  • 1 cup milk powder

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup crushed dryfriut

  • Pinch of saffron (kesar)

Take a deep vessel, add milk & bring it to boil. Once boiled add all remaining ingredients (milk powder , sugar , crushed dryfriut & saffron)

Keep stirring occasionally & keep scrapping its sides & be carefull milk doesn't overflow or burn. Cook it until thicken like Rabri consistency. (It took around appox 45 mins on medium flame).

Once thicken cool it completely.

U can eat it hot , cold (garnish with dryfruit) or freeze it for kulfi too 😍
