Ahmed Tandoori Paste 2tbsp
Red Chili powder ½tbsp or as per taste
Cumin powder 1tbsp
Prick the chicken all over and make a few slits about 2cm/¾in long▪️Now mix all the above ingredients into a smooth paste and rub the marinade generously all over the chicken especially in the gashes. Cover and refrigerate for eight hours or overnight.
Preheat the Oven to 240°▪️When the oven comes to temperature, put the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes▪️At the 20 minute mark, take the chicken out, Brush Butter on both the sides and flip the chicken, and put the chicken back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
