Its a two step recipe! But so unique and tasteful that everyone should try it!!
Step one : marination
Put diagnol cuts on all of the chicken pieces 1.5 K.G
Half teaspoon salt
1 tabsp soya sauce
Half cup yogurt
1 tbsp garlic paste
Overnight marination or atleast 8 hour marination is a must.
Roll in flour mixture
1/3 cup flour
3 tbsp sesame seed
1/4 t sp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp baking powder
Note: if you do not have paprika then take half and galf yellow zarda color and red chilli powder
After marination is done.
Roll each chicken piece in flour mixture.
Pour in oil in deep frying pan for deep dry.
Wait until oil is medium hot.
Add chicken pieces one by one and them lower the heat.
Cook until both sides r crispy and golden.
