1 kg butterflied prawns
1/2 cup cake flour
2 tablespoons red chillie garlic paste
2 tablespoons tomatoe sauce
2 tanlespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons sweetchillie sauce
3 tablespoons peri peri sauce
2 tablespoons chillie sauce
Chopped spring onions
Grinded black pepper
Season the flour with salt and black pepper.
Coat the prawns in the flour and fry in olive oil until half way cooked remove and set aside.
In a Pan add olive oil fry spring onions a little.
Add in the red chilies garlic masala and braise a little add in all the sauces and cook for 5 minutes.
Add in the prawns and toss to coat with the sauces.
Sprinkle with more chopped spring onions and toasted sesame seeds
Cook another 5 minutes
Serve with a salad
