Tiranga Tikka

Ingredient :

1. Green Tikka Mix

  • Green Chilies - 3 to 4

  • Coriander Leaves - A Handful

  • Mint Leaves - A Handful

  • Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp

  • Ginger - 1 Tsp

  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp

  • Coconut Powder - 1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt - 1 Tbsp

  • Garam Masala - 1 Tsp

  • Jeera Powder - 1 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder - 1Tps

  • Almond Powder ( Optional)

  • Cooking Oil - 1 Tbsp

  • Salt - ( As per Required)


Grind All this to make a Paste ( Chutney)



2. Malai Tikka Mix

  • Yogurt - 2 Tbsp

  • Thick Cream - 2 - 3 Tbsp

  • Butter - 1 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp

  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp

  • Green Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp

  • Green Chili Paste - 1 Tsp

  • Lemon - 2 Tsp

  • Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp

  • Cashew Powder - 1 Tsp

  • Salt as per taste

  • Chop Corriander.



3. Tandoori Tikka Mix

  • Yogurt - 1 -2 Tbsp

  • Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp

  • Green Chili Paste - 1 tsp ( Optional)

  • Tandoori Masala- 1 Tsp

  • Chicken tikka Masala - 1 Tsp

  • Salt as per Taste

  • Jeera Powder - 1 Tsp

  • Garam Masala - 1 -2 Tsp

  • Cooking Oil - 1 Tbsp

  • Red Food Color( Optional)


Method:

  1. Use Skewers,Thread 3 to 4 pieces of marinated chicken and shallow fry using Olive Oil.

  2. Cook on low flame 5 minutes on each side, Check if cooked or keep on Flame for few more minutes.

  3. Turn the flame high to give a charred effects.
