  • Rice 2 cups

  • Spaghettis 2 cups

  • Boneless chicken 200 gm

  • Soya sauce 1 TBSP

  • Ginger paste 1/2 TBSP

  • Garlic paste 1 TBSP

  • Butter 1 TBSP

  • All purpose flour 2 TBSP

  • Coconut milk 1 glass

  • Salt as per taste

  • Pepper 1/2 TSP

  • Oregano 1 TSP

  • Red chilli flakes 1 TSP

  • Cabbage 1/2 cup

  • Capsicum 1 Medium Piece

  • Carrot 1 pc

  • Olive oil 2 TBSP

  • Cheese 1 cup

  • Spring onions 1 handful

  • Coriander leaves 1 handful


  1. ▪️Steam the rice with some salt and cumin seeds (jeera)

  2. ▪️Boil spaghettis .

  3. ▪️Take 200gm of chicken, cut it in thin strips .Add soya sauce, ginger garlic paste and marinate it for 1/2hr.

  4. ▪️Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan, add garlic and sauté it for 1min over medium heat. Add 2tbsp of all purpose flour and cook for additional minutes, stirring constantly. Add coconut milk and stirring constantly cook until sauce boils and thickens. Add salt, pepper, oregano and red chili flakes. If you have veggies you can add in the sauce & cook it for 10mins.

  5. ▪️Take 2tbsp of olive oil in a pan & sauté chicken in it cook for 15-20mins than add the chicken to the sauce and mix well.

  6. ▪️Now take a big pot

  7. ▫️1st Layer of Rice

  8. ▫️2nd Layer of spaghettis

  9. ▫️3rd Layer of sauce with chicken

  10. ▫️last sprinkle some cheese, spring onions and coriander chopped over it and microwave for 2mins. TADAAAAAA.........😋
